Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for creating technical drawings and designs, developing machine components, and applying principles of mechanical engineering to support various projects. The role involves utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and participating in research and development activities to innovate and optimize designs. Collaboration with other teams and adherence to quality and safety standards will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for device optimization and innovation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to develop effective solutions
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively
