Job SummaryJoin a dynamic engineering team as a Lead Mechanical Designer working on complex, high -performance data centre and mission -critical projects. This is a hands -on technical role focused on delivering efficient, compliant, and innovative mechanical designs—from concept through to construction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed mechanical system designs (HVAC, chilled water, fire suppression, CRAC units) in line with client and project requirementsEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and technical standardsLead system calculations, simulations, and BIM clash detection for mechanical componentsCollaborate with project engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systemsPrepare technical documentation, reports, and specificationsChampion energy efficiency and sustainable design practicesStay current with MEP design best practices and construction sequencing methodsSupport BIM model coordination in line with ISO 19650 standards RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field3–5 years' experience in mechanical design, preferably in data centres or MEP -heavy projectsStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and CFD toolsFamiliar with BIM coordination and clash detection workflowsHands -on understanding of mechanical materials, equipment, and installation sequencingExcellent communication, leadership, and problem -solving skillsProficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to work in a multi -cultural teamComfortable in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment BenefitsWhy Join Us?
