Job description:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Executive (Export) to join our expanding international team. This role is crucial in assisting the Export Manager to drive our global growth and profitability through developing and implementing successful export strategies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export process from market research, customer acquisition to maintaining customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Development:
  • Identify and research potential new markets and customer segments for our products.
  • Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop market-specific export strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business plans for targeted markets.
  • Customer Acquisition and Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and secure new export orders.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with international customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyses export's key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on export activities and market trends for management review.
  • Identify and implement new processes and initiatives to improve export efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in export sales or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of international trade principles and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in other languages a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
