Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Mining

Location: East Coast , Malaysia

Industry: Mining – Bauxite, Gold & Other Minerals

We are a growing mining company based in Kuala Lumpur, incorporated in 2019, with active interests in bauxite, gold, and other mineral exploration and development. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee our mining projects across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage mining projects from exploration to production stages.

Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain strong working relationships with relevant Government departments and regulatory bodies.

Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

5–8 years of proven experience in managing mining or mineral resource projects.

Solid understanding of mining operations and regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.

Strong Bumi candidate preferred with established contacts in Government departments (e.g., JMG, DOE, Land Offices, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Project Management, or a related field.
