Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor all TM Development (DEV), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) project activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with TM standards.
  • Assign and supervise subcontractors according to project schedule, priority, and site readiness.
  • Track daily progress and ensure timely completion of all site works.
  • Supervise field activities for DEV, PM, and CM works to ensure all tasks are executed according to TM standards and within SLA timelines.
  • Supervise field operations to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and proper material usage.
  • Liaise with TM for operational matters, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify completion documents (photos, reports, and logs).
  • Update and maintain project records in systems such as VPrime, SUS Portal, and TM ARM.
  • Support SPT, AGT, and survey activities by coordinating field teams, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring timely submission of reports.
  • Report site issues or delays to the Operation Manager for corrective action.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates to internal and client teams.
  • Ensure all site activities adhere to TM's safety, technical, and operational guidelines.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, audits, and performance review sessions.
  • Promote safety, quality, and efficiency among all project team members and subcontractors.

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
