IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, hardware and software used within the organization. This role requires the ability to manage multiple technical issues efficiently.

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues (hardware, software, networking).
• Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Assist in the management of LAN, WAN, and other network configurations.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Provide technical support in-person and via remote desktop.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualification:

• 1 - 2 years experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
• Diploma or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
