Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our project team. The Planner will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely execution of all project activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards.


Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  2. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to collect progress data and ensure accurate reporting.
  3. Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure targets are achieved.
  4. Identify potential risks or delays and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Prepare and present progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance charts for management review.
  6. Support project teams in planning resources, sequencing works, and monitoring progress.
  7. Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-related inputs.
  8. Ensure that all planning and reporting align with project timelines, scope, and objectives.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in project planning or scheduling.
  3. Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  6. Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
