What you'll be doing?
  • Schedule Management: Assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Determine the most suitable transport options to meet customer requirements, delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Effective Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and maintain smooth operations.
  • Trucking Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily trucking arrangements to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage with key customers on shipment schedules, gather service feedback, and develop improvement plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track transport performance metrics, including truck utilization, delivery timelines, and fuel efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and performance analyses for management review.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or truck and haulage sectors is ideal.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial practices, regulations, and good relationships with 3PL providers is beneficial.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to prioritizing customer needs and developing productive relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders in the logistics industry.
  • Positive Attitude: An optimistic outlook and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
