Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Account cum Admin Assistant to join our company. You will split your time 45 % accounting support and 55 % office administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative & operational support
- Perform daily admin tasks including filling, office supplies, reception duties, Answering Telephone with cheerfully and efficiently.
- Assist with HR and monthly payroll administration
- Support accounts payable & receivable ; invoices, collections, vendor communication
- Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtor statement.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports ; preparing monthly bank reconciliation and update the Raw Material monthly stock control.
- Able to handle matters flexibly and adapt to changes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years similar working experience in administrative or accounting support role.
- Strong financial and accounting skills, with a good understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Auto Count is an advantage) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Malaysian citizen / PR only, possess own transport.
