Our client YH CORPORATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product & Pricing Executive to join their team

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the jewelry industry? Join our client's team as a Product & Pricing Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in managing product data, pricing, and supporting various departments. This position offers a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's success.

What you'll be doing?
  • Product Data Management: Create barcodes, item codes, and product names for new items, ensuring accurate and standardized information in the system.
  • Visual Documentation: Photograph products to maintain clear, standardized images for internal records and external use.
  • Price Calculation: Calculate cost and selling prices based on the company's pricing formula, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current gold market prices.
  • Data Maintenance: Keep product information complete, accurate, and consistent, collaborating with various departments to ensure stock records match the system.
  • Cross-functional Support: Assist Marketing and Sales departments with product information and photos, and provide management with detailed reports on product data.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a diploma or vocational school certificate, preferably in Accounting, Business, IT, or Design. Candidates with other educational backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and system data entry, with basic photography knowledge.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented individuals with a responsible attitude and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the jewelry/retail industry or knowledge of gold price calculation is advantageous, but not required. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
