We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Operations ExecutiveNextwise Global Sdn. Bhd. is a developing education company based in Kuala Lumpur.We're looking for a creative and responsible Social Media & Content Operations Executive to join our team.About the RoleYou will help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weixin, and others. Your work will involve planning and publishing engaging content that reflects our values and connects with our audience.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and grow the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and others as required.Plan, produce, and publish various types of content—including images, short videos, and written posts—that align with brand objectives.Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy to increase reach and follower engagement.Stay online and responsive, reply promptly to private messages, enquiries of students and teammates.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve student conversion targets.Perform other tasks related to marketing, promotion, and content operations as assigned.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00Includes allocated break and mealtimesMust remain reachable and responsive during working hours.Job RequirementsFluent in Chinese and English; ability to speak Arabic is a strong advantage.3 years' experience with social media trends, content creation, and youth engagement strategies.Ability to plan and execute content, grow social media presence independently.Strong communication skills and fast response time.Results-oriented mindset, with student conversion as the key performance outcome.SalaryTotal Income = Basic Salary + Commission per Student + Monthly Tuition-Based BonusBasic Salary: RM 2,000 / monthCommission per enrolled student (based on that student's tuition fee):Tuition ≥ RM 10,000 → RM 300 per studentTuition < RM 10,000 → RM 150 per studentMonthly performance bonus (only the highest achieved tier applies):Total monthly tuition ≥ RM 20,000 → RM 500 bonusTotal monthly tuition ≥ RM 50,000 → RM 1,000 bonusTotal monthly tuition ≥ RM 100,000 → RM 2,000 bonusExpected monthly income range (for reference, depending on your performance): around RM 3,500–8,500职位类型:全职薪资: RM2,000.00至RM8,500.00(每月 )Work Location: 现场办公
