We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site. The successful candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations and construction works
  • Coordinate and manage site workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Monitor work progress and report to Site Supervisor / Project Manager
  • Ensure compliance with site safety rules and use of PPE
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and daily site briefings
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage
  • Maintain site cleanliness and good housekeeping
  • Assist during inspections, testing, and handover

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in construction site work
  • Able to read construction drawings
  • Possess valid CIDB Green Card
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to work on site
