A. Job Responsibilities:

- 1. Monitor subcon manpower in according to Master Work Progress.

2. Supervise and managing all sub-contractor for Architecture works by providing plan completion schedule, material arrangement, interfacing issues and resolved any site issues arise at site.

3. Organize sub-contractors for daily and weekly activities as to meet with the construction schedule plan plus managing any delay at site.

4. Liaise with C&S consultant, subcon/foreman.

5. Assist structure team on any lifting activity, concreting works and installation of steel structure module followed by steel roof truss installation.

6. Assist daily site monitoring (works, material, manpower), inspection for Rebar installation/formwork including concreting works and supervising.

7. To liase with Surveyor for levelling and alignment.

8. To liaise with M&E for electrical work installation.

9. Supervise the construction of passenger hoist support, monitoring micropile works, verticality and alignment check and performed drawing checking (structure and architecture).

10. Supervise construction of placing boom support I Beam.

11. Supervise waterproofing balancing tank.

12. Performed material taking off and verified all construction material delivered at site as to ensure compliance with specifications and approved material.

13. Prepared and submit of daily report and weekly report to Site Coordinator.

14. Preparation of concrete schedule (weekly).

15. Attending weekly and monthly site meeting with all sub-contractor and provide mitigation plan on any site issues that being highlighted.

16. To assist Site Coordinator on overall construction execution, planning, schedule and site progress as to ensure meet with completion deadlines.

17. To witness all concreting works activity as to comply with Inspection Test Plan (ITP) such as slump test, temperature check, test cube sampling and Crushing Cube Test.

18. To do the arrangement and monitor General Workers (hired by the Company).

19. To supervise site Housekeeping activities.

20. To supervise site activities regularly, including defect checking (structure) and rectification.

21. To conduct regular site verifications as to ensure compliance with Construction Drawing and specifications.

22. Assist Senior Site Supervisor on any related works.

B. Job Tasks:

- Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:

- a) the specified policies and procedures

b) the requirements of ISO
- Responsible to initiate improvements in the Quality System, make proper recommendation, follow-up and take the necessary action(s).
- Assist sites for the alignment, elevation and position of structures and piles points.
- Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
- Attend training as and when required by the Management.
- Performs all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.
- In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
