Job Description:

  • Supervise and monitor renovation or interior fit-out works on site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth progress.
  • Check site workmanship and ensure all works meet quality standards.
  • Prepare site reports and update project progress.
  • Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience (interior fit-out or renovation preferred).
  • Able to read construction drawings and arrange site work independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and proactive.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Sabah.
