JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

* Coordinate and supervise daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.

* Acts as the liaison between project manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

* Monitor progress of works and ensure timely completion within schedule.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.

* Assists in site planning, sequencing of works and resources allocation.

* Verify and monitor delivery of construction materials, equipment and tools.

* Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 2–5 years working experience in construction, preferably in civil & structural (C&S) works.

* Strong understanding of structural works, including RC works, formwork, rebar installation, concrete work, and structural steel.

* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

* Experience in supervising site activities, subcontractors, and work coordination.
