  2. Possess at least a Diploma in OSH approved by DOSH or DOSH registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS).

  3. Minimum 1 years' experiences in related field of Oil & Gas industry
  4. Certified DOSH Yellowbook holder.

  6. JOB DESCRIPTION – Scope of Responsibilities

  7. Carrying out safety risks assessments prior to starting a new project.

  8. Reviewing all work procedures and ensuring they meet industry safety standards.
  9. Preparing and filing reports for accidents and other safety breaches.
  10. Staying up-to-date with health, safety and environment regulations.
  11. Ensuring safe installation of equipment and overseeing external contractors.
  12. Tracking incident metrics and applying findings.
  13. Ensure safe working practices carried out by all staffs/workers/sub-contractors on site.
  14. Ensure all staffs/workers/sub-contractors are all using suitable PPE while working on site.
  15. Assist in incidents/accidents investigation and reporting to relevant authorities.
  16. Maintain the site readiness for internal and external audits.
  17. Ensure worksite is in safe condition before left worksite
  18. Prepare and execute HSE awareness, Signage, campaign, toolbox and promotions.
  19. Assist SHO to monitor HSE monthly schedule and ensure that the project operations are being carried out at site in accordance with Safety Legislation and Safe Working procedures.
  20. Ensure precautions are maintained throughout work activity as per PTW, JHA and related procedure.
  21. To perform First Line Assurance (FLA) checklist on the activity
  22. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
