**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

A.) Monitoring and ensure we comply enforcement of all safety & health rules & regulations of the following government authorities

B.) Inspection of workplace/ site to ensure workplace/ site safe to work, clean and well organized.

C.) Prepare inspection checklist for workplace inspected.

D.) Investigate and handling for any accident/ incident/ near miss and

occupational diseases occurred at construction site.

E.) Ensure site tools, parts and machineries enough and complete. Any

shortage must be report to superior in advance so that can cover

as soon as possible.

F.) Ensuring workers progress work and ensure teams work together

to deliver quality work to strict deadlines. Site progress or any problem

occurred must report to superior.

G.) Monitoring construction processes, providing training and team building

sessions are required.

H.) Inbound outstation as per required by superior.

I.) Attend any general meeting, site meeting, safety and health meeting etc.

J.) Prepare any relevant form to the authorities e.g., RIF Form.

K.) Staying up-to-date with any changes of law, safety regulations/codes,

any accident protocol and advancements in construction.

L.) To plan the road diversion and in charge in controlling the traffic

flow.

M.) To in charge on order and installation of signboard according to JKR

arahan Teknik.

N.) Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.

O.) Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to

increase efficiency.

P.) Providing training and team building sessions if required by superior.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related role in civil construction projects (advantageous).
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing construction projects with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

**LOCATION**
- K.K.I.P, SEPANGGAR

**SALARY**
- RM 2,200 (MINIMUM CAN STILL NEGOTIATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
