Our client SK KAKEN (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Sales Executive to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Business Development Excellence: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth in the construction industry.
  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Spearhead comprehensive initiatives to promote building materials and solutions, generating leads through strategic outreach and relationship building activities.
  • Collaborative Team Contribution: Work effectively as a team player, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals while fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Industry Stakeholder Engagement: Professionally liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and main contractors to understand project requirements and build strong partnerships.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management, effective prospecting, and skilled negotiation.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Foundation: Candidates with at least STPM, Diploma, or Degree qualifications in any field of study. Comprehensive on-the-job training provided, and candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Communication Excellence: Professionals with strong communication skills who can effectively interact with diverse stakeholders across the construction industry.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivated, results-oriented individuals who can work independently while maintaining focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to effectively communicate with Malaysia's diverse construction industry stakeholders and multicultural client base.
  • Transportation Independence: Candidates who possess reliable personal transportation to visit project sites and attend client meetings.
  • Industry Experience Advantage: While not mandatory, sales experience in building materials or construction industry would be beneficial for understanding client needs and industry dynamics.
