Job description

  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures and finish the tasks that the manager, assistant manager, or department supervisor assigns you.
  • Implement a standard safety operation strategy and take responsibility for your own safety.
  • Perform daily facility and equipment management tasks in accordance with the maintenance plan and inspection standards of public facilities and equipment.
  • Use the necessary materials and reduce material costs.
  • Supervise the maintenance units that are outsourced.
  • Achieve specific emergency plan tasks.
  • Take part in the department's and the company's training to raise your technical proficiency.
  • Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with the service order list's specifications.
  • Note the electric and water meter readings in public areas; gather utility invoices; and note the water and electric meter readings in homes.
  • Do related work records.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance consist of: Eletrical, M&E, Civil and Airconditioning.
  • SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil,Airconditioner equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

Working Day & Hour

  • Monday - Friday = 9AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday = 9AM - 1PM
  • Sunday & Public Holiday = Off day
