The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Ayam Gepuk AG outlets to ensure smooth workflow, high service quality, and achievement of sales and operational KPIs. This role ensures each outlet follows SOPs, maintains brand standards, and delivers excellent customer satisfaction while controlling costs and improving overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
A. Outlet Operations Management
  • Oversee daily activities of all outlets to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits
  • Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service guidelines
  • Monitor food quality, preparation consistency, and product presentation
B. Sales & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor outlet sales performance and work with managers to achieve targets
  • Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational issues
  • Identify underperforming outlets and implement corrective action
  • Support promotions, marketing activities, and new product launches
C. Staff Management & Leadership
  • Lead and guide Outlet Managers and frontline staff
  • Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, and staffing levels
  • Support HR in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive working environment
D. Cost & Inventory Control
  • Monitor inventory usage, ordering, and wastage
  • Ensure proper stock management and cost control procedures
  • Reduce operational costs while maintaining quality
  • Verify stock reports, deliveries, and supplier performance
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in F&B or retail operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Good understanding of F&B SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service
  • Able to analyze operational data and solve problems effectively
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
