How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to take a client-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and goals of each individual and family. You will need to build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional service to meet and exceed client expectations. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, such as investment specialists and credit teams, to provide a seamless and integrated service.

What you do
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions and advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing the portfolio and increasing revenue
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing expert advice and guidance to clients

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private banking or wealth management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work with high net worth individuals and families
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance
- A professional certification, such as CFP or CFA, is desirable
