Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and documentation tasks for the workshop.
  • Coordinate manpower logistics, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and support HR or procurement documentation.
  • Assist in office operations, including asset and consumable management.
  • Provide support during audits, meetings, and client visits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in engineering or workshop environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
