Protege Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
• Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks, including product listing within our e-commerce platform, process order, follow up returns, campaign planning and management, reporting, etc.
• Evaluate and analyze the campaign performance and identify the opportunity to increase conversion.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Liaise with marketing team to build effective online strategy and drive traffic to store
• Performs administrative and division support activities
• Achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
• Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
• Completed Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
• Possess working experience(s) in the related field will be added advantage.
• Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
• Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
