Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals, while continuously researching market and customer trends to strengthen the credibility of IT brands.
  • Conduct regular meetings with vendors and cross-departmental colleagues to coordinate events such as product launches, virtual exhibitions, and more.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, décor, and on-site coordination.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with suitable vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required services and materials.
  • Implement lead generation strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, personalized outreach, and EDMs to drive attendance and maximize engagement.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various products/brands/platforms (Digital, social, email, and offline retail storefront) ensuring effective messaging delivery to targeted audiences to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strengthen the credibility of multinational brands by conducting ongoing research to stay aligned with market demands and consumer behavior.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned, while adhering to departmental guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
  • Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
  • Completed Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
  • Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to travel outstation
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
