  • Prepare account entries and report (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Summarized current financial status; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement
  • Involve in financial planning and budgeting
  • Ensure that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place
  • Ensure that record-keeping and accounts meet the conditions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Prepare accounts document and report for audit and liaising with the auditor, as required
  • Purchase goods or materials in line with operation needs and projects
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
  • Monitor market trends and market suppliers
  • Prepare and raise purchase order, purchase voucher and order schedules
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
  • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
  • Deal with suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery and invoice issues
  • Performs other related duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
