Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate site works with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to meet deadlines.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings for accurate execution.
  • Conduct quality inspections on formwork, reinforcement, concrete, finishing work, raised flooring, and cleanroom-like finishes.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers to resolve technical/site issues.
  • Assist in preparing site measurements, claims, and variation orders.
  • Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil / electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in construction/electrical works (experience in data center projects will be an added advantage). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methodology and/or electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
