1.C&S engineer
responsibility

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers and sub-contractors

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications and relevant safety standards

Monitoring progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action as needed

Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues

Overseeing the management of on-site materials, equipment and resources

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project

Promoting a safe and productive work environment for all on-site personnel

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

2.C&S manager
responsibility

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of construction sites

Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors, tradesmen and labourers

Monitor and control site safety, quality and progress to meet project timelines and budgets

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address issues and provide updates

Identify and resolve any problems or challenges that arise on site

Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety standards

Provide leadership and mentorship to the site team

Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction meth

3.SSS (Site Safety Supervisor)​​

1.Must hold a qualification certificate issued by JKKP.

2.Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering or a related field.

3.At least 1 year of experience as an SSS; prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.

4.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to promote collaboration among internal and external parties.

5.Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

6.Main Job Responsibilities:

(1) Participate in coordinating safety production and occupational health matters between the project department and safety-related institutions in Malaysia, such as JKKP.

(2) Participate in the development of project safety plans and monitor their implementation.

(3) Participate in various safety inspections, supervise rectification efforts, and take part in safety education programs and regular safety production meetings.

(4) Attend various safety technical briefings, acceptance checks, and related activities.

4. SHO (Safety and Health Officer)​​

1.Must hold a qualification certificate issued by JKKP.

2.Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering or a related field.

3.At least 1 year of experience as an SHO; prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.

4.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to lead project safety teams and promote collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

5.Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

(1) Assume leadership responsibility for the supervision of project safety production and occupational health.

(2) Be fully responsible for coordinating safety production and occupational health matters between the project department and safety-related institutions in Malaysia, such as JKKP.

5.Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)  Officer

Major:Environment & Safety(环境、安全)

Introduction:

• Monitor safety, health and environmental issues by conducting regular site observation/inspection/audits

• Report relevant issues and offer suggestions for improvement

• Provide and maintain safety, health and environment related documents for inspection purposes

6.QA/QC Engineer

Major:Civil Engineering(土木工程)

Introduction:

• Prepare and improve the quality management plan

• Quality inspection and quality acceptance in the construction process, and manage the corresponding documents

• Report on-site inspection and acceptance test, and update the ledger
