Logistic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, inventory tracking and liaising with operations team on material requisitions to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Review long lead time items and ensure sufficient stock availability so that materials can be released on time.
- Handle documentation issuance, follow up on PO confirmations, backlogs, payment releases, stock deliveries and other related matters.
- Perform physical goods receiving, system updates and generate incoming inspection reports for all received goods. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in operation and administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and experience with any related software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and responsible team player with good communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
