Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with scheduling, inventory tracking and liaising with operations team on material requisitions to ensure timely availability of materials.
  2. Review long lead time items and ensure sufficient stock availability so that materials can be released on time.
  3. Handle documentation issuance, follow up on PO confirmations, backlogs, payment releases, stock deliveries and other related matters.
  4. Perform physical goods receiving, system updates and generate incoming inspection reports for all received goods. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  5. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
  6. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems for both digital and physical documents.
  7. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements
:

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in operation and administrative roles.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and experience with any related software is an advantage.
  4. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. A proactive and responsible team player with good communication and problem solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
