1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the staff database and organization chart.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support in handling employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
- Foster a positive working environment and employee morale.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal exercises and ensure timely completion.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Provide analysis and reports on employee performance trends.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support continuous learning and career development initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification of attendance, claims, and leave records.
- Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, medical, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and comply with labor laws.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and employee files.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
7. General Administration & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analysis for management review.
- Support HR projects and system improvements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
