Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Clerk to support our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organised, able to work independently, and has basic knowledge of accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle invoicing, billing, payment vouchers, and staff claims.
- Update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Maintain filing and documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounts/Finance department.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in accounting or admin work (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL/AutoCount is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
