Tanggungjawab:

  • Melakukan kemasukan data stor.
  • Menerima dan memeriksa pesanan yang diterima serta menyimpannya di lokasi yang sesuai.
  • Memeriksa semua barangan yang diterima – memastikan tiada kerosakan, jumlah dan kualiti barangan adalah tepat serta sepadan dengan pesanan pembelian.
  • Menjana senarai semak untuk juruteknik pemasangan menggunakan Sistem Perakaunan SQL.
  • Mengambil komponen bagi pesanan yang diperlukan oleh Jurutera Pengeluaran.
  • Menyelaras dan memastikan proses kiraan stok dilakukan dengan tepat dan mengikut masa.
  • Mematuhi semua prosedur QA berkaitan kawalan stok.
  • Memastikan stor, bekas simpanan dan kawasan sekitarnya berada dalam keadaan teratur, bersih dan bebas daripada bahaya.
  • Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Penyelia Stor dan Jurutera/Penyelia Pengeluaran.

Kelayakan:

  • Warganegara Malaysia.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan SPM.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry of Stores
  • Accept and inspect incoming orders and store in the appropriate location.
  • Inspect all goods received – checking for damage to, quantity and quality of items and that goods correlate to purchase orders.
  • Generating checklists for assemblers by using SQL Accounting System.
  • Pick components for orders as required by Production Engineer.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee timely and accurate stock take processes.
  • Follow all QA procedures in relation to stock control.
  • Ensure that the store, containers and surrounding areas are in order, tidy and free from hazards.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the Storeman and Production Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirement

  • Malaysian
  • At least SPM qualification
  • Have at least 3 years of related working experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
