1、QA/QC Engineer

Major:Civil Engineering(土木工程)

Introduction:

  • Prepare and improve the quality management plan

  • Quality inspection and quality acceptance in the construction process, and manage the corresponding documents

  • Report on-site inspection and acceptance test, and update the ledger

2、QAQC Manager

  1. 负责建立、实施和监督项目的质量管理计划与程序,确保所有施工活动符合合同、设计规范和相关标准。

Responsible for establishing, executing, and monitoring the project quality management plan and procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with contracts, design specifications, and relevant standards.

  1. 组织并监督各项施工工序的质量检查与试验,确保施工材料、工艺和最终成果达到规范要求。

Organize and oversee quality inspections and testing of construction processes to ensure materials, workmanship, and deliverables meet specifications.

  1. 确保所有检验批次记录、质量报告、合格证书和竣工资料等完整、准确并及时归档。

Ensure all inspection records, quality reports, certificates, and as-built documentation are complete, accurate, and properly archived.

  1. 与业主、顾问、分包商及内部团队保持有效沟通,及时解决质量问题,推动质量改进。

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

  1. 定期组织质量意识培训,提升团队质量管理水平,推动项目持续优化与质量改进。

Organize regular quality awareness training to enhance team performance and promote continuous optimization and improvement in quality management.

  1. 本科及以上学历,土木工程、机电工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, or related disciplines.

  1. 至少5年以上大型建筑或基础设施项目质量管理经验。

Minimum 5 years of QA/QC management experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

  1. 熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系、施工规范及相关检验标准,具备较强的质量问题分析与解决能力。

Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, construction codes, and relevant inspection standards, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills in quality issues.

  1. 具备良好的跨部门协调与沟通能力,能够有效处理与业主、顾问及分包商的质量事务。

Strong coordination and communication skills across departments, capable of effectively handling quality matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

  1. 英语流利,能撰写正式质量文件与报告;熟练使用常用办公软件及项目管理系统。

Proficient in English with ability to prepare formal quality documents and reports; skilled in office software and project management systems.

  1. 具有不少于5年的建筑工程或基础设施项目质量管理经验,曾在总承包(Main Contractor)或大型EPC项目中担任质量岗位。

Minimum 5 years of QA/QC management experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with main contractors or EPC projects.

  1. 熟悉并具备ISO 9001质量管理体系实施及审核经验,有推动项目质量认证或第三方审核经验者优先。

Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and audits; experience in project quality certification or third-party audits is preferred.

  1. 曾参与土建、机电、装饰等多专业施工的质量监督和协调,能处理复杂系统工程的质量问题。

Experience in supervising and coordinating quality across civil, MEP, and architectural works, with the ability to resolve complex system quality issues.

  1. 能独立编制质量计划、检验试验计划(ITP)、质量报告及竣工资料,具备完整项目质量闭合经验。

Capable of independently preparing quality plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality reports, and as-built documentation, with proven experience in project quality close-out.

沟通能力:良好的组织协调和沟通能力,能够领导质量团队,推动内外部多方协作。

语言要求:流利的英语,掌握中文者优先。

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to lead QA/QC teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

3、BIM Engineer

1. Structural / Precast Structural BIM Modeling

Based on existing structural design and construction drawings, develop BIM models for precast concrete structural components, including columns, beams, walls, slabs, stairs, embedded parts, and openings.

Ensure the structural BIM model meets the project's required LOD (Level of Development) standard (LOD 500) to support construction and installation stages.

  1. Coordination and Integration of Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Models

Work closely with the MEP design team to create models of MEP systems, including equipment, piping, cable trays, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring spatial coordination with the structural model.

Ensure that interfaces between MEP systems and structural components (such as embedded parts, openings, hangers, installation spaces, and maintenance access) are clearly defined, accurate, and constructible.

  1. Clash Detection and Conflict Resolution

Use clash detection tools (such as Navisworks or Revit's interference checking functions) to identify conflicts between structural and MEP models and generate clash reports.

Propose feasible coordination or modification solutions—such as adjusting routing, openings, embedded components, hanger layouts, or equipment positioning—and follow up with design teams to implement resolutions.

  1. Drawing Consistency and Model-Based Output

Generate construction or shop drawings from the BIM model, including MEP installation drawings, structural opening drawings for MEP interfaces, embedded parts schedules, and support/hanger detail drawings.

Ensure consistency between drawings and the BIM model, promptly reflect design changes, and coordinate with construction requirements.

  1. Construction Sequencing / Buildability / Feasibility Assessment

Utilize the BIM model for 4D simulation (construction sequencing combined with MEP installation sequencing) to prevent rework or delays caused by coordination conflicts during construction.

Assess the constructability and maintainability of MEP systems within the structural framework, including access routes, maintenance spaces, and lifting/transport paths.

  1. Standards / Processes / Family Library Management

Support the development and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), defining deliverable standards, model levels, data exchange formats (e.g., IFC or local standards), responsibilities, and workflow milestones.

Create and maintain a component (family) library required for structural and MEP integration in Revit or other BIM platforms, including embedded parts, openings, hangers, supports, and MEP equipment brackets.

  1. Quality Control and Review

Review the accuracy of integrated structural and MEP models, checking dimensions, elevations, coordinates, spatial conflicts, and the rationality of openings and reservations.

Conduct model-to-site or model-to-factory checks prior to construction or installation to ensure consistency.

  1. On-Site Support and Change Management

Participate in on-site verification during construction/installation to confirm consistency between MEP installation and actual structural conditions.

Assist in handling modifications caused by site conditions, update models and drawings accordingly, and ensure all stakeholders (structural, MEP, construction teams, etc.) are informed of the changes.

  1. Communication and Coordination

Regularly attend coordination meetings among structural designers, MEP designers, and construction/installation teams to discuss spatial arrangements, interfaces, and openings/reservations.

Prepare clear RFIs (Requests for Information), coordination reports, and modification proposals, and follow up on implementation.

  1. Project Progress and Cost Visualization

Support the project team and project manager by providing model-based visualization reports and progress simulations to assess the impact of MEP-structural coordination on schedule and construction sequence.

Assist in estimating additional costs, materials, or labor associated with MEP interfaces when necessary

4、DC Admin

(1)Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain electronic documents, ensuring accessibility and security.

Implement document control procedures for storing, retrieving, and archiving critical records.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and data center industry standards.

Work with IT and facilities teams to digitize and organize physical records.

Control document versions and approvals, ensuring proper tracking of changes.

Support audit and compliance teams by providing required documentation.

Train staff on document control policies and EDMS usage.

Ensure data confidentiality, security protocols, and backup of critical records.

(2)Technical Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, OpenText, M-Files, or Documentum.

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 – Quality Management, ISO 27001 – Information Security).

Familiarity with data center operations and facility documentation.

Ability to manage Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and cloud storage systems.

Understanding of access control policies and document classification.
