  • To be responsible to manage different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members at site.
  • To carry out all policies, activities, procedures and instructions, observing health and safety standards and and success of construction projects.
  • To be able to work alongside various professionals, staffs and create work schedules, planning and implementation of the designated project to meet deadlines.
  • To coordinate with the Contractors, Consultants, Architect and Engineer regarding contract and plans documents, method of construction and discrepancies affecting the proposed works.
  • To assist the Site Supervisor with Local Authorities (if required) and Contractors as to arrange required site inspection and clearance for works to be carried out.
  • To monitor the progress of construction works against projected schedule and to initiate any remedial measure if necessary. You should take note of any reason for delay and if warranted. You should be responsible to assist in the submission of application for extension of time to the architect.
  • To ensure proper site supervision by the force on works carried out ensure safety compliance and quality control.
  • To monitor the use of construction material on site as to avoid excessive wastage and pilferage.
  • To ensure the materials are ordered and delivered on time accordance with the specification of site works.
  • You are responsible to gather data, compile progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholder.
  • To verify and check progress claim and variation order according to the terms of Contract
  • To update progress and attend site meeting.
  • To assist in carrying out project audit and the preparation of the final accounts.
  • To make every effort to preserve and atmosphere of harmony, understanding and cooperation between all parts engaged on the works.
  • To carry out any other duties or assignment when requested to do by the management or superior from time to time.
  • To be self motivated, demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills and ability to lead and workwith the team.
