We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor/Project Engineer (M&E / C&S) to join our team at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd in Penang. What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar site supervisor or project engineer role within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
