Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow-up on enquiries, and rapport building.

· Support the sales team and management in handling inbound leads, including international inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion.

· Participate in sales outreach events, trade shows, and road shows.

· Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities.

· Present and promote products or services to potential clients in a professional manner.

· Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.

· Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to management.

· Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans.

· Handle negotiations and close deals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

· At least 2 years of relevant experience.

· Good communication skills (Spoken and Written).

· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Responsible, organized and able to work independently.

· Outgoing and proactive in providing support.

Travel: Occasional travel to Singapore required for meetings, training, and alignment with HQ management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
