Talent Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. 3–5 years of mechanical design experience, with exposure to multi-disciplinary environments and diverse product development cycles.
  3. Expert in Creo (mandatory CAD tool); familiar with Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD (a plus); skilled in 3D modeling and 2D production drawing creation per mechanical drafting standards.
  4. Proficient in sheet metal design, weldment design, material science, and manufacturing techniques (sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining); understands tooling limitations.
  5. Capable of engineering analyses (structural, thermal/CFD, kinematics), applying GD&T principles, conducting tolerance stack-up analyses, and participating in DFMEA.
  6. Experienced in implementing DFx (DFM, DFA, DFS, DFX); able to design products meeting IP6k9k standards (especially for capital equipment) and select off-the-shelf (OTS) components.
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English; collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in international teams.
  8. To know industrial standards, system-level environmental compliance, and able to create high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. 3–5 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
  3. CAD skills: Expertise in Creo (must-have); proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D production drawing creation; familiarity with Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD (a plus).
  4. Technical capabilities: Sheet metal design, weldment design, and knowledge of material science + manufacturing techniques (sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining).
  5. Engineering calculations/analyses (structural, thermal/CFD, kinematics); GD&T application; tolerance stack-up analyses; DFMEA participation.
  6. Implementation of DFx (DFM, DFA, DFS, DFX); design for IP6k9k standards (capital equipment focus preferred); OTS component selection.
  7. Ability to create technical documentation (3D models, 2D drawings) and ensure compliance with company procedures, client standards, and industry regulations.
  8. Fluent written/spoken English; and communication skills; ability to work in international teams.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
