Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities (BQ) for electrical works.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies to optimize project budgets.
  • Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor project costs, perform progress claims, variation orders, and final account preparations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial and contractual documentation.
  • Assist in project planning, cost forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–5 years of related experience in electrical or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works will have an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding or interest in tendering processes, contract management, and construction cost control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
