About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in Larkin Johor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, full-time environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
  2. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
  3. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work station, following health and safety protocols
  5. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
  2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
