AWARDS PLANNER

Do you have a knack for organising prestigious award programs and high-profile industry events? We are seeking a meticulous and creative Awards Planner to drive the success of our clients' award shows.

Your Role:

  • Coordinate the full awards process from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with judges, entrants, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless nomination and selection process.
  • Develop and oversee event logistics, including gala dinner ceremonies and award presentations.
  • Prepare promotional materials and manage event budgets efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of integrity and professionalism to the table. Ideally, you should have:

·       A tertiary qualification and at least two years of experience in a trade association or the communications industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

·       Strong ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting.

·       High levels of integrity, tact, and diplomacy in every interaction.

·       A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

·       Strong IT skills, administrative expertise, and project management capabilities.
