  • Analyse and optimise manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Researching and working with data to analyse effectivity and cost-efficiency of processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible on process and yield monitoring and improvement.
  • Ensure process flow defined has to meet drawing requirement.
  • Perform failure analysis and corrective action.
  • Data analysis
  • Perform process improvement and engineering evaluation (customer and internal).
  • Perform in-line inspection machine correlation, define process flow and tooling list.
  • Ensure new product trial run smoothly and perform on-the-spot failure analysis to reduce defect.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Machanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in process engineering.
  • Knowledge in machine fixture design.
  • Able to perform data analysis with using Minitab program skill.
  • Able to perform failure analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT), FMEA, SPC and 8D corrective action.
  • Skills in supervision, problem solving and communication.
  • Computer literature.
