Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Retail Manager at . The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate staff, ensure high levels of customer service, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the retail space reflects a welcoming and organized environment. The role may also involve organizing and supporting events or promotional activities.

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to connect with diverse customers and convey brand values effectively
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Experience in Team Management to lead and train staff, foster teamwork, and maintain operational efficiency
  • A proven track record in Sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and culturally rich retail environment
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
