Job Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and manage Mechanical and Electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Acquire materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustment when necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise before or after the project commencement.
  • Provide updates and reports to company management on project status regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully manage and completed projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management and Microsoft Office software.
