Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the quality records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, properly stored, and accessible.
  • Support departments in developing and maintaining documentation.
  • Develop sampling plans, and inspect incoming materials.
  • Educate and communicate with production and QC personnel for all product quality related requirement, & information.
  • To plan job assignment for IPQC inspector & to ensure optimum manpower utilization & effectiveness.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance according to standard requirement.
  • To ensure department operation according to Quality Management System procedure.
  • To accomplish duty assigned by immediate superior / top management.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on the quality of products.
  • Participating in Root cause analysis and CAPA evaluation and recommendation.
  • Participating in internal audit activities.
  • Provide timely 8D reply to customer complaints.
  • To ensure department operation according to QMS procedure.
  • Provide training to inspectors.
  • Assists Admin / HR department to establish training activities to meet work force training needs.

Requirements:

Education level:

  • possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quality Control or related qualification

Experience:

  • Or Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Knowledge:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and support staff in documentation processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to develop quality control process and improve products quality.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and document control best practices.
  • Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards.
  • Familiar with various sampling methods.
  • Proficient in commonly used statistical techniques such as SPC, and use them to conduct research on the cause analysis and countermeasures of defective products.
  • Having a professional background in electronic/mechanical related knowledge, familiar with the assembly process requirements and testing methods of electronic products.

Training:

  • ISO 9001 awareness, internal auditor training.
  • Training in document management systems and relevant software.
  • 7 QC tools.
  • Statistical data analysis.
