Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Subang Jaya. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, leading teams, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, coordinating with various departments, fostering employee development, and adhering to company and local regulations. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, focusing on revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional brand standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams.
  • Operational expertise in hotel management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to manage guest relations and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, revenue optimization, and cost management practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a senior management role in the hospitality sector is a plus.
