We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Crew Members to represent CelcomDigi at our selected retail outlets. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with customers in a retail environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for postpaid and prepaid plans, mobile devices, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales transactions, customer inquiries, and administrative duties.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and deliver solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, registration processes, device setup, and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation to ensure it is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and event launches.
  • Strive to meet service excellence and customer satisfaction targets (NPS).
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the retail team to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile devices, applications, and digital tools.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable team player with good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM3,300.00 per month
