Injection Molding Operations

  • Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines according to production schedules.
  • Adjust machine parameters to ensure quality output and reduce defects.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot molding issues related to machine, materials, and process.

Mold Maintenance

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for injection molds.
  • Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or part replacement.
  • Assemble, clean, polish, and store molds according to maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate mold maintenance records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in injection molding and mold maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mold structures, tooling, and injection molding processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot molding and mold issues effectively.
  • Basic understanding of machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision tooling.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and handle manufacturing environment.
