- Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUST.
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Responsibility
- Ensure the Port Pass online systems
- a. Northportb. Westportc. PKFZ (manually apply on the letter)
- Provide ordering office equipment OA Systems;
- a. Stationery & Printingb. PPE (Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Safety Vest, T-Shirts)c. Pantry Supplies
- Filling documentation;
- a. New Driver Personal Detailsb. Others
- Provide drivers licenses after renewal.
- Check attendance staff if any matters.
- Inventory Stationery & PPE equipment
- Conduct incoming & outgoing call
- HRA supports.
- Assist superiors in other ad hoc assignments as and when needed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HRA Manager.
