Responsibility

  • Ensure the Port Pass online systems
  • a. Northportb. Westportc. PKFZ (manually apply on the letter)
  • Provide ordering office equipment OA Systems;
  • a. Stationery & Printingb. PPE (Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Safety Vest, T-Shirts)c. Pantry Supplies
  • Filling documentation;
  • a. New Driver Personal Detailsb. Others
  • Provide drivers licenses after renewal.
  • Check attendance staff if any matters.
  • Inventory Stationery & PPE equipment
  • Conduct incoming & outgoing call
  • HRA supports.
  • Assist superiors in other ad hoc assignments as and when needed.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HRA Manager.
