About the role

Perfume Factory located in Gurney Paragon, Penang a leading retailer in the perfume industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team in our second branch in Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our modern retail store.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product selections and providing recommendations based on their needs
  • Making and bottling the perfumes in front of the customers
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty and fragrance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
