  • Prepare, implement, review and update the warehouse management procedures and warehouse operation instruction.
  • Responsible for the daily operation in distribution center - Receiving, Picking, Repacking and Shipping process.
  • Liaise with respective stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet customer satisfaction in terms of quantity and quality.
  • To ensure materials and goods that are stored in the warehouse are in good condition. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhere to storage design principle.
  • Ensure shipments for the finished goods, spare parts, accessories, etc according to the procedure.
  • Cooperate with the relevant departments to ensure the warehouse equipment and environment are kept in good condition. Monitor 5S controls and ensures safety is being measured.
  • Trains, coaches, counsel, and monitors the warehouse personnel according to the objectives and work instructions, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Continuous improvement/ Kaizen to develop and implement plans to optimize cost savings, efficiency, and productivity in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance stock control and overall efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic stock take to ensure the accuracy of the inventory. Cooperate and support the finance team on annual audit. Investigation for stock variances and seek for approval to do stock adjustment in system.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
  • Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
  • Perform any other job functions assigned by management from time to time.
