Work you'll do

Support with the planning and delivery of firmwide events and programmesProvide photography and videography support on eventsAssist in the planning, material preparations (e.g. invitations, briefing packs), and delivery of firmwide events and engagements across businesses, along with on-site coordinationAssist in preparing and proofreading internal / external communications and other marketing collaterals to ensure clarity and brand consistencyEngage in both traditional media and social media campaigns. This includes support with media outreach, preparing reports and/or press releases, monitoring media coverage, and designing social media postingsCreate and curate engaging content for ongoing campaigns and festive occasionsResearch and identify topical trends within the market and industryVideo editing and basic graphic designSupport the development of talking points and reports with relevant and key data points

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Relation, Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong interest in writing and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in photography and design software (Canva preferred) is desirable.
  • Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or interest in event planning
